To everything there is a season...
This series was inspired by the third chapter of the biblical Book of Ecclesiastes. I choose 6 verses from that chapter. Each verse comes with a set of opposites.
I opted to visually translate the verses with an African cultural perspective. The principle of pairing opposites is evident in virtually all aspects of Dogon culture (Mali, West Africa) and we can see that same custom reflected in the traditional organization of ancient Egypt.
